They were patient with my furbaby (who can be a bit of a drama-king!). They kept us updated throughout the grooming session with pictures and videos (which is a rarity in Dubai). The process was seamless and relaxed – and it’s all thanks to Moses and UD! We truly appreciate you taking care of our babies!

I highly recommended Joiful pet grooming, both Moses and UD did a fantastic job especially with my dog Rambo, he is an old boy and they took really good care of him. Hands down the BEST pet grooming service in the UAE. They treated my nervous cat with such care and kindness, and were extra careful with her skin issues.We’ve tried so many groomers across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and it’s always been a traumatic experience for my cat. Moses and UD at Joiful Pets Grooming left my cat so relaxed and happy, which is something we’ve never had before! She’s never been good with baths but somehow they made it very relaxing for her!They also sent me pictures and videos throughout the process which was very reassuring, and gave her a bow at the end. Highly recommend Joiful Pets Grooming. It was a last minute booking that I made and I was a little nervous. But, the team greeted my doggo with so much love and care and then sent me pictures during her grooming. She came back smelling and looking better than any groomer i’ve been to before. Must Say! Joiful Mobile Pet are the best! Usually my cat doesnt like grooming and always nervous.But Moses and UD did a very good job! (Also they are very humble/respectful-type of people whom when you look at first glance,you know that they have a good heart). Well, its clear Indeed that my cat is very calm and happy before and after the grooming. Cat is not even panicking when he get picked up.Oh and plus the background music helps my cat to calm.Will be constantly going to ask their service everytime!

This is as good as it gets!I called to get an appointment for my cat to be fully groomed and got one for the same day.They asked all the right questions about medical conditions, temperament while being groomed and other grooming related questions.They were super accommodating in terms of payment (you can pay cash, ask for change, or send direct to their bank account)The gentleman came and picked her up from my doorstep (and dropped her off too)She got fully groomed and I was kept in the loop the whole time as they sent adorable pictures and videos of her spa day w/ relaxing music in the backgroundShe looks great, happy, healthy and not stressed at all! Moses as the groomer is incredible with his interaction with our baby Golden Retriever. He really loves animals and takes extreme care of them, putting them first for comfort and ease. His grooming is perfect for each breed and does an incredibly wonderful job making our baby strut around like a proud peacock after his grooming, showing off to everyone. Bobot is also an amazing support taking as good care and loving of our pets

Moses has been my groomer for my 4 beautiful furr babies for 2 years. I don’t trust anyone else with them. He is kind, gentle and takes his time with them. Especially Zeus who has astma- you’ll see a pictures of him groomed this morning. Lilly my mainecoon female is very feisty seeing that I saved her more than a year ago from a very unhealthy environment- so she is not easy to work with – but Moses + Bobot manages to groom her with so much care and she is calm when she comes in. We have to support them seeing that there is no one better in Dubai – especially when it comes to cats. They are on time, and van is always perfectly clean.
They are very professional. And you can see the passion in the way they attend to your pet. I requested for a very difficult hair style for my rabbit, but they did it so well and clean.
